AAI Junior Executive Exam Pattern Overview

• Junior Executive (Fire Services):
  • Part A: General Knowledge, Intelligence, Aptitude, English – 60 marks
  • Part B: Fire-Related Technical Subjects – 60 marks
  • Duration: 2 hours
• Junior Executive (Human Resources):
  • Part A: General Knowledge, Intelligence, Aptitude, English – 60 marks
  • Part B (Paper I): HR, IR, Labour Laws, CSR, Org. Behaviour, Finance – 40 marks
  • Part B (Paper II): Essay and Comprehension (Descriptive) – 20 marks
  • Duration: 3 hours
• Junior Executive (Official Language):
  • Part A: General Knowledge, Intelligence, Aptitude, English – 60 marks
  • Part B: Hindi/English Translation, Official Language Act, Grammar – 60 marks
  • Duration: 3 hours

The exam will be objective type, except for the descriptive section for HR and Official Language. A total of 120 questions will be asked, worth 120 marks. There is no negative marking. The questions will be bilingual (English and Hindi) except for the language section.
